I would like to thank Ludmila for arranging the city tour for our guests. The Moscow cycling tour was cancelled at the last moment. In order not to spoil impression of Moscow I had to find a guide to give a tour of Moscow in the quickest possible time. Ludmila helped me so much with arranging the city tour. Our guests were highly pleased with the tour and the guide. They appreciated architectural landmarks knowledge and perfect English. I highly recommend Ludmila as person who will understand your needs and I hope to work with her next time. "Transatlantic International", August 2017.
We were very impressed with Liudmila as our tour guide in Moscow. She is extremely knowledgeable about history, art, culture and speaks fantastic English! We spent 4 very enjoyable and informative days with her in Moscow. She was always on time, had a detailed plan for each day and was very accommodating with our requests. She made us very comfortable, and we really enjoyed learning and admiring the history. Liudmila is quick to react to any situation and helped us to get the most out of our time in the city. She has a delightful, vibrant, vivacious personality and is full of energy! We loved our time with Liudmila! She is a fabulous guide!

My two sons and I used Ludmila to arrange a 2 day Golden Ring trip for us when we visited Moscow in December 2016. I have only marvelous things to say about Ludmila and the guide/trip she arranged for us. We corresponded via email (me in the US and Ludmila in Russia) and with her guidance and advice, we decided upon an itinerary. We opted to take 2 days and see more, but a trip to Vladimir is certainly feasible with only one day. We went in December and had no issues with the early darkness, in fact it was very beautiful to see these churches and sights with snow and in twilight. We loved it. Long summer days bring a different experience of course. It is lovely no matter what time you go. We prefer winter travel as we had almost all of these sights to ourselves. Walking through a snowy field to the blue domed World Heritage Church of Intercession on River Nerl with no one else in sight except us was extraordinary. We could not have done this on our own. We took an early train to Vladimir where Ludmila’s guide met us as she had promised. We spotted her right away at the train station, no problems. Our guide spoke excellent English, was extremely knowledgeable in Russian history and made our visit so enjoyable. She recommended a hotel in Suzdal which we enjoyed so much. It was a very unique experience. The guide drove us in her car to all the churches, sights and towns in the area, and we even went to a Georgian restaurant which was excellent. She ensured we got back on the train at the end of our second day. We are experienced travelers and I generally do all of our trip planning myself. I would have done us a disservice if I had not used Ludmila’s excellent travel guidance. The Golden Ring tour was one of the highlights of our trip. This is not a cookie cutter type of experience. They will do whatever you’d like to do and it’s a wonderful memory for us. I would not hesitate to use Ludmila again when we visit Russia. Karen Hemphill, Minneapolis, USA, December 2016
MediaCom.
I had an opportunity to work with Ludmila Tovashova in September 2012 when visiting Moscow. We hired her to give us a tour of the Moscow subways and one of the neighborhoods. The tours were very informative. Prior to our visit we had many conversations online and she helped us procure tickets for the Bolshoi. She also made several calls on our behalf to set up a visit to a museum outside of Moscow that, from the museum website, appeared restrictive and complicated to visit. She streamlined the process for us and provided us with clear directions and a contact person at the museum, met us at the train station early in the morning to help us buy tickets and get on the right train so that in the end, we were able to make the trip without a hitch. She even called the museum to make sure we arrived safely. I highly recommend Ludmila who is resourceful, customer service oriented, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about Moscow. I should add that she also speaks English very well. Gail Beske, Minnesota, USA
I would like to highly recommend Ludmilla Tovashova as a guide for those visiting Moscow . My wife and i visited Moscow for the first time last October and where fortunate enough to be recommended Ludmilla's tour guiding services by a friend living in Moscow. Ludmilla provided us with a wonderful introduction to some of the most interesting parts of Moscow, as well as getting us to feel comfortable / confident in our use of the Moscow Metro and transport system.Ludmilla"s passion and knowledge for Moscow and its history ensured that the two days we spent with her were very interesting - informative and lots of fun.We where both left with a very positive opinion of Moscow. We both hope to hope to return to Moscow soon and hope that Ludmilla is not to busy to be able to show more of this beautiful and historic city. Sunny and Brett, Sydney
If you are in need of either translation or other "general" assistance in Moscow, I highly recommend Ludmila Tovashova. I was referred to Ludmila for some translation help for some banking business I was starting up in Moscow. As it turned out, Ludmila ended up going above and beyond what I had initially engaged her for - all on the initial basis of "sight unseen" phone calls and e-mails! I had an urgent meeting with my banker in Moscow immediately after arriving from the long flight from the US - not a great plan, but my only option. Technically, all I needed was to meet up with Ludmila with the translations she had done and visit a local office to get the documents notarized. During the long trip over, as I learned my arrival would be delayed, I began lining up alternatives, including changing meeting times and places with Ludmila several times! By the time I landed in Moscow, I was down to one last option, and Ludmila took it upon herself to check things out to ensure I would be able to get the final documents I needed. As I neared my hotel, I got a call from Ludmila that even my last option had evaporated due to an office closing early. In admittedly dazed, jet-lagged state, I was ready to give up for the day (and accept potentially damaging delays), but Ludmila took the initiative, and refusing to give up, led me to another office where we arrived with not a minute to spare, and got the required work done. Thanks to Ludmila's efforts - literally understanding my overall needs (i.e., NOT just seeing this as a simple translation), and then treating my business as if was her own, I was able to get all my banking business set up during my trip. Moscow Ludmila acted as my personal translator for some weeks when I arrived in Russia. Acting above and beyond what was required, she was a genuine pleasure to work with. She has a great ability to adapt to different situations and different people. An extremely knowledgeable lady with a wonderful sense of humour, I have no hesitation in recommending her and am sure to use her services again in the future. Liam Smith-Laing
